Welcome, Volunteers!

Menifee Valley Little League requires all volunteers to complete the following Training and Background Credentials before volunteering in any Board Position, Coaching, Team Parent, or General Volunteer Position. Please review the instructions below: 

Step One: Sign up as a "Volunteer" in your Sports Connect Account. 

Step Two: Complete ALL Mandatory Training Courses as required by Little League International. Once you have completed the Training Courses, you must email the Completion Certificates to our Safety Officer via email here.

MANDATORY Training Courses for ALL MVLL Volunteers

1. USA Baseball Abuse Awareness for Adults - Must be updated every year 

Team Managers are also REQUIRED to complete the following Training Courses. These are OPTIONAL for Assistant Coaches, Team Parents, and General Volunteers.

1. Concussion Certificate Course  - Must be updated every year

2. USA Baseball Basic First Aid Course - Must be updated every two years

Step Three: Complete your JDP Background Check. You will email the following information to our Safety Officer for your background check: full name, email address, and division/team. Once your information is submitted, you will receive an email from JDP with a link to complete your Background Check.

Step Four: Obtain your Volunteer Badge. These will be provided to you by either your Team Manager or Team Parent. Once you receive your Volunteer Badge, you are cleared to Volunteer!
